Structure Fire "Dansville" Sunday, November 25, 2007

The Dansville Fire Department and Ambulance were dispatched to a reported structure fire at 11 Clay Street the early morning of Sunday November 25th, 2007. Dansville Police arrived on scene and confirmed a fire, with smoke on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and assisted evacuating the residents of the house. The fire was contained to one room of the residence however there was smoke damage throughout the structure. Investigating the cause of the fire is the Livingston County Office of Emergency Management. Assisting the residents at the scene was the Clara Barton Chapter Number 1 of the American Red Cross.
